  1. Stay-On-Top

  3. This Windows 3.x utility enables the user to select any window on the 
  4. desktop and set it's "stay-on-top" property. This enables, for example 
  5. the Windows Calculator to float on top of your word processor or to make
  6. the Delphi "Watch" window stay on top whilst debugging.
